Service Agreement
These terms govern the relationship between JFM Auto Repair and Mobile Car Services and our clients. By scheduling a service, you agree to these conditions. We provide mobile and shop-based mechanical maintenance and repairs. We reserve the right to refuse service or update these terms at any time. Clients must provide accurate vehicle details and ensure a safe, accessible work area for all mobile appointments. Failure to do so may result in service delays or cancellations. Our goal is to provide reliable, professional automotive care for every customer we serve.
Payments and Scheduling Guidelines
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations require a minimum notice period as specified at the time of booking, or a fee may apply. All pricing is based on labor and parts required for each specific job. Payments are due in full upon completion of the service. We accept various standard payment methods for your convenience. If additional issues are discovered during a repair, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding. All quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change based on part market prices.
We strive for accuracy in all diagnostic assessments. However, the client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is presented in a condition that allows for proper inspection. For mobile services, the vehicle must be parked on a flat, solid surface in a location where automotive work is legally permitted and safe for our technicians. JFM Auto Repair and Mobile Car Services is not responsible for fines or restrictions imposed by property owners or local authorities regarding mobile repairs at your chosen location.
Liability and Governing Florida Law
We offer a limited warranty on labor for a specified period following the repair. Parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or third-party parts. In some cases, we may recommend third-party vendors; however, we do not guarantee their workmanship. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved within the appropriate legal jurisdiction in Florida. By booking with us, you acknowledge these limitations and responsibilities.
